Now over 1500 staff are working in Tianjiang. There are 342 professional and technical staff, among which include 180 R&D staff, over 60 staff who own mid-level or senior titles, over 60 staff who own master’s degree or PhD degree, and about 20 licensed pharmacists. This is a team with a strong pioneering and innovative spirit. In order to make furthur and deeper research, strengthen the whole team, and improve R&D capabilities, Tianjiang also strengthens talent introduction and the inner management.

·Tianjiang strengthens the inner management. An inner specialist team is founded by technicians from R&D, production, quality, equipment, and etc, to take charge of project review and acceptance inspection.

·Based on the previous cooperation, Tianjiang strengthens the furthur cooperation with different universities and research institutes, including Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine, Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, Shanghai University of Chinese Medicine, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, Jiangsu Province Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, China Pharmaceutical University,and so on.
